Description: Cosentini Associates provided MEP engineering for Beijing’s Looped Hybrid residential development, which encompasses approximately 210,000 sm adjacent to the old city wall. The complex includes eight towers containing 700+ apartments, a ninth tower containing a hotel, 5,600 sm of retail space and a 2,600 sm cinema. The towers are connected at their bases and at the twentieth floor via skywalks.  Additional program areas include a kindergarten, outdoor recreation, and underground parking.
