Lenore LeDonne has been with Cosentini for over 20 years, becoming the firm’s Director of Human Resources in 2002. In her current position, she serves as liaison between senior management and staff, manages all employee benefits, monitors compliance with labor laws. She is also responsible for managing the firm’s recruitment efforts, implementing employee orientation and empowerment programs, and human resources training and reporting for Cosentini’s branch offices and in concert with our parent company, Tetra Tech. Ms. LeDonne is soon to receive her Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies; she received a Certificate in The Essentials of Human Resource Management from New York Institute of Technology in 2005. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She is a licensed Notary Public in New York State.
