Mr.
Reese joined Cosentini Associates in 1992 and is now a Vice
President of the firm and Director of Commissioning Services. His 35+ years experinece includes building
systems commissioning, mechanical contracting, energy service
/ performance contracting (Energy User News 1987 Contractor
of the Year), construction supervision and cost control, as
well as HVAC design, sales engineering and manufacturing.
In recent years at Cosentini, he has provided commissioning
and enhanced commissioning services for residential and mixed-use
developments, healthcare facilities, data centers, commercial
office buildings, R&D facilities, government office buildings,
etc. Mr. Reese received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical
Engineering from Farleigh Dickinson University. He is a LEED
Accredited Professional through the US Green Building Council
and a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating
and Air Conditioning Engineers and a past president of the
New York Chapter. In addition, he is a member of the NYC Building
Department Mechanical Code Committee and Model Code Program
to rewrite the NYC Building Code, Building Commissioning Association,
7 x 24 Exchange, and served on the Presidents Advisory Commission
for the Environment Control Technology Department at New York
City Technical College, Brooklyn, NY.
