This
office tower – voted the Best Office Building
in Turkey in 2006 – rises 26 stories and encompasses
80,000 square meters. The project has a large plaza
in front that is attached to the tower and stretches
out behind it. 22 office floors are included, with 3
additional floors dedicated to mechanical equipment
and a top floor designed to serve as an observation
deck and terrace. Base floors include parking for
1,500 cars, a multi-purpose conference center, cafeteria,
sports center, etc.
