This
project joined three separate greenhouses to create
exhibition areas for tropical, temper-ate and desert
environments. The 65,000 square foot facility also includes
an underground exhibition area and a special social
hall to accommodate fund-raising events. Cosentini designed
the air conditioning system with separate air handling
units and also supplied the system whereby water is
distributed and recycled for the tropical environment’s
man-made waterfalls.
