This major retail mall encompasses 800,000 square feet and includes a public pavilion (known as the Artsgarden) that serves as the facility’s main entrance. Historic restoration played a key role in developing this project, which incorporates a turn-of-the-century brick and stone facade lining the sidewalks along the mall’s site. MEP/FP engineering was provided through conceptual design for the mall and through construction for the Artsgarden.
